At Gymaddict, we want to make your subscription experience simple and transparent. This policy explains how renewals work for our service.

1. How Subscription Renewals Work

Monthly Subscription – Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same date as your first purchase. We will continue charging your payment method unless you cancel.

Quarterly & Annual Subscriptions – If you have a quarterly or annual plan, your subscription will renew automatically on the same date as your original purchase. Your payment method will be charged unless you cancel.

2. Renewal Notifications

Before your subscription renews, Gymaddict will send you an email reminder. This will include the renewal date, plan details, and price.

3. How to Cancel Automatic Renewal

You can turn off automatic renewal anytime before your next billing date. To cancel, follow the instructions in the renewal email or visit your account settings in the Gymaddict app.

4. Refund Policy for Renewals

 Monthly Subscriptions – We do not offer refunds once the renewal payment is processed. However, you can cancel to stop future payments.

 Quarterly & Annual Subscriptions – We do not provide refunds for renewal payments. If you don’t want to renew, cancel your subscription before your billing date.

5. Changing Your Subscription Plan

Want to switch to a different plan? You can upgrade or change your subscription anytime in your account settings in the Gymaddict app.
